Inspection System
Tejas Tubular uses an inspection stacking that inspects both horizontally and vertically across the production line. Vertically at product, production hardware, and process controls, and horizontally across each production step. This means that products are being inspected as per requirements, the machines that are producing the products are being inspected, and the process controls to perform these inspections are being controlled and validated. This enables a proactive inspection that increases yields, uptimes, and efficiency, rather than a reactive model that waits for problems to surface before addressing them.
