API TUBULAR PROCESSING
Tejas Tubular is one of the leading processors of Oil Country Tubular goods in the USA. Tejas Tubular API approved processing consists of upsetting, quench and temper both tubing and casing (Range 2 & Range 3) Grades J55, N80, L80 & P110. Their two thread lines offer EUE, NUE, USS IMP BTT, STC, LTC and BTC.
QUALITY SYSTEMS & INSPECTION
 The ambition of Tejas Tubular is to continuously improve the operation and the maintenance of their Quality System. Tejas Tubular's inspection facility is the newest, state-of-the-art, digital EMI unit, which is fully integrated with their information management system. The foundation of their business is the solid partnership built with their clients, allowing Tejas Tubular to continuously improve their QA & QC Programs.
MACHINED PRODUCTS –
COUPLINGS & PUP JOINTS
Tejas Tubular manufactures a variety of API machined product Couplings and Pup Joints in grades: J55, N80, L80 & P110. Tejas Tubular is one of the few companies to manufacture a quench and temper grade of Pipe Joint. Tejas Couplings are manufactured in their modern CNC shop sizes: 1.66 to 13 3/8 - API 5CT standards for EUE, NUE, Modified, USS IMP BTT, STC, LTC and BTC in grades API 5LB, J55, N80, L80 & P110.
